Semco Laboratories is an average company. I have been working here for a few years and while there are some good aspects, overall it is just average. The work environment is fine, but there is not much room for growth or advancement. The management is decent, but could definitely improve in some areas. The pay and benefits are average for the industry. Overall, I would say Semco Laboratories is an average place to work.
