I had an average experience selling my property through Prudential California Realty, Northridge. While they managed to find a buyer, I felt that the marketing could have been improved. The property took longer to sell than I anticipated, and I had to lower the price to attract potential buyers. However, the agents were professional and handled negotiations well. I appreciate their efforts but expected better results.
