This place is bad!

1. Every time I visited during the pregnancy, I got different doctors (I understand it's how they operate.) Among all the doctors there, I only recommend Dr. Serrano and Dr. Peden. Some doctors didn't even read the chart before coming the room. Like they still asked "Are we having a boy or a girl?" during the 3rd trimester.
2. 80% of the time I visited, there was a long wait regardless of the time of my appointment.
3. You don't know who will be delivering your baby if you choose to have nature birth. It's all based on your luck that who is on call that day.
4. It's all about $$$. Everything is prepaid prepaid prepaid! The day after I delivered my son, I asked Dr. Butler if she could have my son circumcised while we were all still in the hospital. She refused it since I did not prepay. I offered to pay on the spot, but she still said NO. A week later, I went in the office and paid $250 to get it done. Afterward, the Dr office billed the insurance company and got paid from it so I asked for the refund. Called several times in the past 4 months, last month they said the check was ready and would be sent out soon. As of now, still get nothing. I will have to call them again tomorrow.
