I must say that I have mixed feelings about Barnacle Parking Enforcement. On one hand, their device is relatively easy to use and does its job. On the other hand, their customer support could be better. I've had a few instances where my queries were not answered promptly. Nevertheless, it does help with parking enforcement, so I rate it as an average solution.
