I dropped and broke a bottle of scotch, and THEY DIDN'T EVEN MAKE ME PAY FOR IT. They let me buy a bottle of the stuff, anyway. I was mortified by my clumsy mistake, and their instant willingness to forgive a first-time customer really sticks out to me. I'll be back, and I'll make sure to wear grippy gloves.
