Proper parts is an average company. Their website, properparts.com, provides a decent selection of parts. The quality of their products is satisfactory. However, the customer service needs improvement. They were slow in responding to my inquiries and didn't provide a satisfactory solution to my problem. Overall, my experience with Proper parts was just average.
