We have nothing but praise for CHS Healthcare . Our first contact with Suzanne King led to Bernadette Greening immediately taking up our case. Not only did she find an excellent Care Home for our mother , she also followed up on the difficulties we were having in getting certain agencies to respond to our growing concern about our mother's safety . By her prompt action and understanding, Bernadette managed to contain our anxiety during one of the most stressful periods of our life. She has also followed up contact with the Care Home to ensure that our mother has settled in well.
All of this support was over and above what we expected, and we can't thank Bernadette and CHS enough.
