Above is my original rating for Sun Toyota but I must add that I took my 19 year old daughter to get a vehicle on July 4. She picked it out from many choices she was given and was absolutely in love with the car. 27 days later on July 31 my baby was in a car accident where she did not survive and that's where my rating begins. I had so many questions I was lost and confused I was mourning the loss of my daughter I didn't know what to do so I called Desmond Lee in financing and explained the situation and ever since they have not let go of my hand. I got a call from Jennifer ( finance admin) and she immediately got to work and advised everything I had to do. On the day of my daughters viewing I received the most beautiful flower arrangement I've ever seen which now adorns my baby's bedroom and I thought it was such a nice gesture and the next day I received a card signed by everyone involved in the purchase process and it made me feel so loved and like I was family that "Everyone was so friendly and helpful" was an understatement. There are so many car dealerships but it's gestures like these that separate them from all the others. So as you're reading this review and trying to decide where to go let me suggest and assure you that if you want to be treated like family and want someone to help you with your investment let these people take care of you. Thank you Sun Toyota for everything you did for me and my baby
