5 Stars and 1 unethical sales representative. Our original visit when we traded in our 2014 Elantra GT with 26k miles and purchased a 2016 RAV4 Hybrid with 44k miles sales representative was great. About 6 months later during the pandemic, we were contacted by a sales representative with an offer to lower our vehicle payment. Instead they offered to sell me a new vehicle or refinance our after adding $6,000.00 in dealer fees, both options would have raised my payment over $300.00 a month, not to mention putting me deeper in debt. After 2+ hours I received my vehicle keys but not my vehicle. I asked an older gentlemen who has worked there a long, he snapped at me "Why are you asking me!". Sun Toyota did apologize and sent a gift card for $100. Just returned from having my vehicle serviced by them. The service representative was very professional, a pleasure with which to deal.
