I recently hired K & R Construction to work on some renovations in my home. The team was prompt and professional, and the quality of work was satisfactory. However, I did encounter some communication issues, as it was sometimes difficult to get updates on the progress of the project. Their website was informative, but I wish there were more pictures of their previous projects to get a better idea of their capabilities. Overall, the experience was average. The work was done adequately, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer communication and showcasing their portfolio. I would consider hiring them again for future projects if these areas are addressed. 🏗️
