The experience was quite disappointing. The website promises a luxurious and exclusive lifestyle, but the reality fell short. The amenities were satisfactory, but not exceptional. The service was polite but lacked the warmth and attention to detail that I expected for the price. The residence itself was comfortable, but I could sense some wear and tear.
