Significant other was admitted for physical therap...

Significant other was admitted for physical therapy for 16 days, quarantined in isolation for 14 days In a room with shared bathroom.. Only seen a physical therapist/ assistant 11 days. Was cleared for discharge on Friday by orthopedic surgeon b/c there are no physical therapists on the weekends. The nurse would not call the facilities Doctor to discharge him because it was not an emergency. Had to have facilities doctors ok Fo discharge or insurance would not pay for stay. Food was COLD. So colD creamer would not dissolve in the coffee! Spoke to administration Mr Eddy with no follow up. Spoke with two employees Valerie and Mary who did not have masks on despite Covid 19. Transporter to Dr s office did not wear a mask either. Short staffed. Per employee one nurse, one aide 25 patients on several days.
