I recently purchased a hair straightener from their website and I must say I was expecting a lot more for the price I paid. 😕 The product is good, but I feel like I could have gotten a similar quality from other brands at a lower price. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was hassle-free, so that's a plus. However, I just don't feel like the product lived up to the hype. Maybe it's just me, but I think there are better options out there. Overall, it's just an average experience for me.
