I am a loyal customer of Black Mountain Broadband LLC and I must say that their services are average. The internet speed is good, but there are occasional disruptions. The customer service is also average, sometimes they are quick to respond and other times it takes a while. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, but improvements can be made.
