My recent experience with Mark Baldwin was average. The website markbaldwinguitar.com is visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, I found the ordering process to be slightly confusing. The guitar I received was of decent quality, but it didn't have the exceptional sound I was hoping for. The customer service was responsive, but not particularly outstanding. Overall, it's an okay company, but there is room for improvement.
