I have been a customer of Boyd Phillip N for several years now, and I have to say that their service is average. While they do a decent job in terms of providing timely responses and fulfilling my requests, there isn't anything exceptional about their service. The staff is friendly enough, but there's just no wow factor. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
