I had a terrible experience with this company. The product I ordered arrived damaged, and it took multiple attempts to get a replacement. The customer service was unhelpful and unresponsive. It caused a lot of inconvenience and frustration. I would not recommend Alexanders appliances direct to anyone based on my experience.
