I am from India, and visited the UK in October 2017. I had need to get a SIM card for local UK calls and data. After entering the country at T5, and while waiting for the bus (to Bristol), I found this shop. The two (male) members of the staff were very very helpful, and I was able to get the SIM card without any problems. The staff member was also very helpful - he got to insert the card, and have it activated almost instantly. I was happy with the fact that communication links were established, and walked away. While still at T5, I discovered that the data connectivity (mobile data) was not active. While walking around the terminal (I had over 2 hours to waste) I was hailed by the same staff member, and was asked if the connectivity was all good - I told him that I did not have data connectivity. He was, at once, concerned, and took the trouble to have the connectivity established right then. Rarely have I seen such customer service.
