My experience with Mergen Consulting has been average. The consultation services provided were satisfactory but there is definitely room for improvement. The consultants were knowledgeable and professional, but I felt that they lacked a personal touch. Overall, I would recommend Mergen Consulting for their expertise, but they could benefit from improving their customer service.
