This court cares only about one thing and that's MONEY!! They could care less about parenting time and making sure the mother is abiding by the court orders but if the father doesn't pay he's locked up, warrants and all type of things even preventing you from getting a passport but they don't check in with fathers to see if they have been in contact with their children SHAME ON THE COURTS!!!! DO BETTER BY THE FATHERS!!!!!
