I had a disappointing experience with Makkah Tours And Travel INC. The customer service was average and the overall package did not meet my expectations. The accommodations provided were subpar and the tour guide lacked enthusiasm. The rates were reasonable, but the quality of service was below par. I would not recommend this company for a fulfilling travel experience.
