My experience with Mapp Worldwide has been average. While their website, mappworldwide.com, is well-designed, I encountered some difficulties with their customer support. The response time was slow, and the support staff was not very helpful. However, once my issues were escalated, they were resolved satisfactorily. Overall, an average experience.
