This company is the ABSOLUTE WORST! I provided my updated insurance information when I went to my Dr. Appointment. This company bills an old insurance company on file 8 years ago. I contacted them when I received the bill, provided them with the updated insurance info again and was assured that they would straighten it out. 9 months later I receive a letter from a collection agency for the total amount. I contact my insurance company who told me they had never been billed. I was told that the Dr. s office and my insurance (military) had a contract and that they have no problem making payment. I contact this billing company for 3 days and asked to speak with a supervisor (Jeff). I was told that he was either in a meeting, or not there. I left several messages for him to return my call. He never did. I call today and spoke with a woman (Patricia) who said that they had billed my insurance Tricare East and it was denied. My insurance is Tricare West. She said they had sent me a letter to update my information and which I did not respond to, so they sent me to collections. I never received the letter or even a phone call. I asked if she would kindly provide me with the Corporate Office's number or information. She informed me that she didn t have that information and that Jeff would call me back today. When I pressed for more information about their corporate office she refused to provide me with any. THIS IS A MISTAKE ON THE BILLING COMPANY'S PART, THEY HAVE UNTRAINED STAFF AND THEIR AGENTS REFUSE TO PROVIDE ME WITH ANY FURTHER INFORMATION ABOUT THEIR COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST BILLING COMPANY EVER!
