I had a pretty average experience with Innpac India Private Limited. The company website innpacindia.com was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries and even then, the answers were not always helpful. The quality of their products was also just average. Overall, I would say that they are an okay company, but nothing extraordinary.
