I recently worked with a consulting firm and had an average experience. The communication was decent, but I felt that they did not fully understand my requirements. The solutions provided were adequate, but there was room for improvement. However, considering the price point, I would say that their services were reasonably good. It would be great if they could work on better understanding the client's needs and providing more tailored solutions.
