The pool is nice. The pool staff does a good job making the pool a relaxing and pleasant place to be. Service in the restaurants is sub par. Long wait times for seating for no apparent reason other than no one seemed to be Manning the host station. Servers were slow and usually surly. Staff overall needs more hospitality training. This is not a five star resort. We probably will not return
