I had an overall average experience with Excel for Commerce. Their website was easy to navigate, but I found some of the information to be outdated. The customer service was mediocre at best. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries, and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. The online tutorials were also lacking, making it difficult for me to fully understand how to utilize Excel for my commerce needs. I hope they can improve in these areas in the future. Overall, average experience.
