I used Coach Direct recently, and it was a satisfactory experience overall. The booking process was straightforward, and the price was reasonable. However, the coach was not as comfortable as I expected. The seating was a bit cramped, and the amenities were limited. The journey itself was fine, with the driver being punctual and polite. It would be nice if Coach Direct could improve the comfort level of their coaches for a better customer experience.
