I had an appointment with Dr. Karla Jean and I must say that it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the waiting time was reasonable. However, I felt that the doctor was not very thorough in her examination. She seemed rushed and didn't take the time to listen to my concerns properly. Overall, it was an okay experience.
