I purchased the unit, schlepped it home, plugged it in and the fridge section would not cool lower than 55 degrees. The warranty process was tedious with all the documentation and photos I had to submit. The people handling the warranty were responsive though. All told, it took several months. I then had to dispose of the unit. I took the warranty money and bought a more highly rated unit from a competitor.

I believe they should have quality tested the unit beforehand. It would have saved a lot of grief.
