I had a mixed experience with Nest Feathers. On one hand, their product variety is impressive and I found a beautiful rug for my bedroom. The rug arrived as described and the quality seems good so far. However, the customer service was lacking. It took several attempts to get a response from their support team regarding a query I had. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
