I recently had the opportunity to work with Mercom Corporation, and I must say, my experience was quite average. The company website, georgetownalliance.com, is user-friendly and informative. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had to reach out multiple times before receiving a response, which was frustrating. Additionally, the pricing for their services seemed a bit high compared to other companies in the same industry. Overall, my experience with Mercom Corporation was neither great nor terrible, just average.
