I have been residing in a senior community managed by Renew Senior Communities for the past couple of years. I must say that their services are subpar. The staff is not very attentive, and the facilities are lacking in proper maintenance. The living conditions could be improved with more frequent cleaning and better upkeep. Overall, I am not satisfied with the level of service provided.
