I recently made a purchase from an online music store. The prices were reasonable, and the products were of decent quality. However, the customer service was lacking. It took quite some time for them to respond to my queries, and their communication was not very clear. Despite this, the products arrived on time and in good condition. While I would have preferred better customer support, I would still consider buying from them again.
