My experience with Southern Appalachian Technical Services was average. While the technicians were knowledgeable and fixed the issues with my devices, the overall service was not outstanding. They were a bit late for the appointment and the communication could have been better. However, they did resolve the problems in the end, so I would consider using their services again.
