I had a mixed experience with FitYo. While their website is easy to navigate and their product selection is good, I found their customer support to be lacking. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to get a response from their support team. However, once the issue was resolved, I was satisfied with the product. Overall, I would rate FitYo as an average company.
