I have been a customer of Samuel Tepp Associates, LLC for several years now and I must say that their service is just average. Although they have a nice website at samtepp.net, I feel like their customer support could be better. The response time is often slow and it takes a while to get a resolution for my issues. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
