I had a mixed experience with Bell-Spencer Pamela. Some aspects of their service were great, while others were below average. The customer support was excellent and they were always prompt in responding to my queries. However, the delivery of the product took longer than expected and the quality was not up to the mark. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
