I had a mixed experience with Jen Shannon Photography. While the photographer was skilled and attentive, some of the shots didn't turn out as expected. The team was responsive and offered to retake the photos, but it was inconvenient for me due to time constraints. Overall, I would say their services were satisfactory, but there is room for improvement.
