I'm a disabled veteran who's had many doctors since a parachuting accident 2001. I used New West back around 2005 to correct a surgery I had in 2004 by another clinic and they did a great job. Today I was able to get care outside of the VA and be seen by Dr. May for right knee problems the VA would rather ignore and throw meds at than fix. First time in years I have had someone care enough to dig further into what is causing pain throughout my body and want to correct it. The wait was nothing compared to setting in a VA Hospital so for those fortunate enough to have insurance I'd say to learn a bit of patience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend at this point!
