ABSOLUTELY RUDE STAFF AT RECEPTION. Avoid the young looking girl in glasses at the front at all costs. Terrible attitude, treats guests like they are a nuisance, when asking basic questions she rolls her eyes and acts like she just wants you to go away. I hope management looks at this comment and deals with her because we noticed her doing it multiple people.
