I have been a customer of Midwest Members Credit Union for several years now, and I must say that their services have been consistently average. While they have all the basic features that you would expect from a credit union, I feel that they could do better in terms of customer service. The staff is not always very helpful or friendly, and it often feels like they are just going through the motions. Additionally, their online banking platform could use some improvement. Overall, I would rate them as average.
