I've been searching for a way to decrease my screen time, and unGlue has been a game-changer for me. The ability to monitor and limit my usage has helped me become more mindful of how I spend my time. I love the fact that it doesn't feel restrictive, rather it empowers me to make conscious choices. The app could use some improvement in terms of performance, but overall, it's a solid product.
