One of the worst tech and costumer service experiences I've ever had. Brought my laptop in with a slightly broken case. Was refused a quote of any kind from the front desk. When I picked it up, I was charge an extra due to them breaking the video and needing to repair it. This is after I had already been informed I would not be charged for extra time because they were only waiting for glue to dry. I was never once informed that my computer had been damaged more by them until pick up. I recommend you go anywhere but here.
Update: after opening and using my computer for the first time after this visit, I found that my USB ports no longer worked. VGH did give me a partial refund after I called to info them. I still would not recommend them for any repairs.
