A lady from Keds has a poor service attitude (3/10 encounters those who have dyed hair curls), which makes people feel very bad about consumption. She asked if she has another shoe to try on, but the lady responded " Only put one, unless you are sure I will go to the warehouse to get it for you. Why would a branded store ask customers to try it on and try only one foot to decide whether to buy these shoes ... I have never encountered such an answer before buying it, dumbfounded! The point is that the tone is not good!
