The distillery tour at Port Chilkoot Distillery was incredibly informative. The guide was very knowledgeable and explained the distilling process in a way that was easy to understand. The tasting afterward was a highlight, with a wide range of spirits to try. I was particularly impressed with their whiskey, it had a rich, smooth flavor that I haven't found elsewhere. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend it!
