Pathetic staff!! No care or empathy on urgent case...

Pathetic staff!! No care or empathy on urgent cases.This has happened to me for second time.I was in severe pain and called the staff.They connected me to nurse of Dr.Kancherla,who never pick phone calls nor return bck call on same day.

I was simply requesting for refill of painkillers and streoid medicine. Dropped 3-4 messages to nurse .Also requested medicines over the patient portal but no response or callback.

Now its weekend and i have to suffer in pain because of ignorance of staff and nurses.

Terrible patient experience at this place.
New patients please be careful before establishing relation with them
