John Wai Kung Fu Academy is the best place to work out. I struggled for years to find something that would challenge me as well as keep my interest. In addition to kickboxing and bootcamp, I ve started doing Brazilian Jui Jitsu and Sanshou. Their trainers are wonderful, professional and friendly. I ve found a family at JWK.
