Hello: Next to the main gate of Intensive Therapy (where people expect the medical part of their very serious relatives according to the agreed schedule) there is a small door belonging to external offices.There comes a lady (very badly) to shout out to the relatives who wait telling them that they are annoying and that they do not occupy the armchairs at the entrance because they are for the consultants. People have enough pain at that time to withstand the cries of this impolite person. Please locate that office elsewhere ( It doesn't apply to me there.) Thank you
