I have been a customer of Samurai & J Partners Co., Ltd. for quite some time now and I must say that their services are just average. The website sajp.co.jp is easy to navigate and they have a good range of products. However, I have found their customer support to be lacking. There have been times when I have had to wait for a long time to get a response to my queries. Overall, I would rate them as average.
